Mission Viejo IOP
Welcome to Our Mission Viejo IOP
Are you or someone you know needs more intensive care for addiction recovery? Look no further than Eleven 11 Recovery’s Mission Viejo Intensive Outpatient Program. Our Mission Viejo IOP program provides highly individualized care tailored to each client’s needs. Our IOP services offer therapy multiple days per week, ranging from 9 to up to 20 hours per week, providing a more comprehensive treatment approach than typical outpatient programs.
We specialize in delivering evidence-based interventions, family interventions, psychoeducation, and other environmental services, like working with mental health providers and schools, to maximize the treatment’s efficacy. Our programs adhere to interventions with an extensive and superior research foundation. Our DBT program utilizes DBT and other evidence-based treatments to treat specific problems. In our anxiety program, exposure therapy is almost always included, and for children and teens, behavioral parent training and family therapy are incorporated.
All programs include additional interventions as needed to create a treatment plan that maximizes success for each individual. Let us guide you on your journey to lifelong recovery. Contact us today to learn more about our Mission Viejo Intensive Outpatient Program at Eleven 11 Recovery.
When to Choose a Mission Viejo IOP?
Are you unsure whether standard outpatient treatment is enough to address your mental health concerns? While many individuals see progress with regular outpatient care, there may be instances where a higher level of care is necessary. Our intensive outpatient (IOP) programs may be an appropriate option. If you are still ambiguous about which level of care would suit your needs best, we recommend booking a consultation with one of our program directors.
Our Mission Viejo IOP team will evaluate your symptoms and circumstances to provide tailored recommendations for your treatment plan. Additionally, they will be accessible to answer any inquiries you have. To schedule a consultation, please get in touch with us at +1866-928-4248 and speak to one of our Client Services Coordinators
Why Mission Viejo IOP?
Mission Viejo is a city in Orange County, California, known for its safe and family-friendly environment. It has consistently ranked as one of the safest cities in the country, with a low crime rate and a strong community policing presence. The city is well-connected to other areas in Orange County, with easy access to major highways and public transportation. This makes it convenient for individuals needing to travel to attend appointments or work while receiving treatment.
Our Mission Viejo IOP Treatment Process
Ensuring that our treatments yield positive outcomes for you is paramount to us. To achieve this, we closely monitor your treatment targets and goals to confirm that our services are helping you. We regularly collect information on your symptoms and functioning, both weekly and quarterly, to track your progress over time. Additionally, we utilize the most effective treatments available for the conditions we treat. It is crucial to understand that at the start of your treatment, you may experience a temporary increase in symptoms, such as heightened anxiety.
This is typical of intensive treatment formats, as they encourage you to confront the challenges and obstacles you might typically avoid, which can be initially uncomfortable. However, this short-term discomfort is a necessary step in achieving long-term progress, such as working towards life goals and ultimately experiencing an overall improvement in well-being.
Duration of Our IOP Program
The duration of treatment for each of our IOP programs varies. The DBT IOP program ranges from four to eight weeks for adults and eight to sixteen weeks for teens or young adults. Depending on the specific problem(s) and severity of symptoms, our anxiety IOP program lasts between two to twenty weeks. Our substance disorders IOP program normally ranges from six to twelve weeks.
Your IOP providers will carefully decide the length of treatment, which will be discussed during a consultation with one of our program directors before starting treatment. We strive to provide you with the most efficient treatment while allowing you to remain in treatment for as long as necessary.

- Coping skills development: Intensive outpatient treatment may be appropriate for individuals developing the coping skills to deal with adversity and external factors that could lead to relapse.
